Online shopping, Most items ship with free shipping and are processed the next business day, automatic shipping notifications are sent. Please contact us if it is not received. International shipping does not include customs taxes, & duites which are due upon delivery. No returns on International shipments. Not reposible for injury to product defects or damage. 14 days Money back or item exchange does not apply for layaways and rentals. See lawayay and returns section for details. Buyer pays return shipping.
Note: We are not responsible for any damage incurred such as cracks, scratches, etc. Repairs such as truss rod adjustments cause stress to the instrument and it cannot be foreseen how those forces will affect a guitar and or the tools used. Instruments and their parts can become brittle, loose, or have unforeseen or undisclosed problems due to being dry, or aged, or even misuse prior or even after being brought in for repair, layaway, or consignment.
Guitar Repairs: Please note that all repairs must be paid for within 30 days of completion. Our repair staff will notify you of the balance due when the job is complete. We accept credit cards and checks. If payment is not paid after 30 days the job will be subject to a storage fee. $10 per day after 30 days. If not paid within 180 days, the item or items will be considered abandoned and sold to pay off the debt. If there is a reason you cannot pay the amount due in the allotted time, please contact us before 30 days and we may be able to work with you.
Layaways are available in our store, not available online. Please note that all layaways must be paid for within 30 days of completion unless otherwise arranged. There is a 10% fee for layaways going beyond 30 days. We accept credit cards and checks.
If no payments are made within 30 days, the job will be subject to a storage fee. $5 per day after 30 days. If not paid within 60 days, the item or items will be considered abandoned and sold to pay off the debt. If there is a reason you cannot pay the amount due in the allotted time, please contact us in first 30 days and we will work with you. Layaways
Layaways are non-refundable after 3 days.
Returns: No one likes returns but we do want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services so here are the guidelines. 14 day return policy on new items only and subject to the following, Returns must be approved, Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition. No returns on International shipments. Buyer is responsible for returning merchandise. Refunds for merchandise subject to $5 restocking , seller may wave fee based on circumstances. Original Shipping is non refundable unless approved. No refunds on layaways and rentals or used items.
